Preparation time : 1 day * No cooking.

Requirements:

100 grams moong, matki, chana, peas etc.

Wash the pulses and soak in water for 5 to 6 hours

Drain the water and put the soaked pulses in a bowl.

Cover with a piece of cloth.

Do not tie the pulses in the cloth.

Leave overnight. Health Information: Every seed which is suitable for sprouting is a miniature storehouse of nutrients. The Vitamin C content of moong is greatly increased by soaking them in water and allowing germination.
