Vegetable JalfareziIngredients200gm tomatoes, 100gm broccoli, 100gm cauliflowers, 100gm carrots, 100gm french beans, 1oogm onions (all chopped to big piecis), 1 tsp curry powder, 1tsp chat masala, 1 tps red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp oil/ butter, salt & pepper to taste Methodheat oil in a frying pan , add onion tomatoes and fry for 6-8 mins. To this add all other sabzi's (vegetables) and masala (spices) , mix regularly for 10-12 mins. Serve hot Calories 85 Kcals per serving serves 4-5 persons |
