Soya nugget keema

 

Requirements 

100gm soya nugget,
50gm peas,1onion,
3 flakes garlic,
2tomatoes,
1capsicum,
2 green chillis,
1 tbsp curd,
1/2 cup water,
1tsp oil,
1tsp chat masala,
1/2tbs red chilli pd,
1/2tbs garam masala pd,
Salt pepper(to taste),
Chopped coriander to garnish.


Method

Soak soya nuggets in 2 cup water for 10-15 min.Strain and keep aside.In a microwave safe bowl , microwave(covered) oil, dry spice, chopped onion, garlic, chillies, peas and tomatoes for 4-5 min. at100% power. Stir in between, Add water, curd, capsicum and soya nuggets.  Mix well and microwave covered at 100% power for 7-8 min. Allow to stand for 5 min.
Alternatively put oil in a frying pan, put onions in hot oil and stir till golden brown, add spices and other ingredients till ready. Garnish with chopped corander.
Serve  hot with rice/roti/parantha.
