Dal ke Kebab


Ingredients


250 gm chana dal
1 onion ( finely chopped)
2-3 garlic flakes (finely choped)
1 inch pc of ginger (finely) chopped
2 tpsn thick curd
1/2 tspn chat masala powder
1/2 tspn garam masala powder
1/2 tbspn oil
salt peper (to taste)

Method


Wash and soak chana dal for 1 hr. Drain excess water and mince it in a bender.
Mix together all ingredients ( except oil and chat masala)
Divide the mixture into small ballsand shape in form of kebabs by gently rolling between the hands.
brush with little oil and grill for 10-12 mins, or till ready.Kepp rotating for uniform browning and to avoid burning.
Sprinkle chat masala and lemon juice. Serve with chutney and crisp salad.
