Fresh CreamTime to prepare: a few minutes * No cooking * Serves 6. Requirements: 100 Grams fresh paneer (Cottage cheese) 3 tablespoons skim milk Method: Use freshly made moist paneer (Cottge cheese) Put the paneer and milk in a liquidizer and churn until creamy. Note : Add low calory sweetener to taste to obtain sweetened fresh cream. Variation: STRAWBERRIES WITH CREAM Use 3 teacups of fresh, sliced strawberries and 4 teaspoons of sugar in addition to above recipe. Mix the strawberries, cream and sugar and serve cold. Alternatively, mix the strawberries with vanilla cream, to taste and serve cold. Health Information A wonderful alternative to rich fresh cream which is high in calories and cholesterol and fat.
