Parsley Butter


Preparation time: 5 minutes * No cooking * Makes 3 tablespoons.  

Requirements:
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon butter
A little mustard powder
Salt to taste
Method:
Add a few drops of water to the mustard powder and mix well.  
After 5 minutes, add to the butter and chopped parsley.  
Add salt.  
Note: Use this butter as a spread for sandwiches and toasts.

Health Information: This recipe decreases the amount of butter to be used and makes a great spread.
