Bhelpurilow in calories but very filling snack, Ingredients:
Method of preparation: Soak tamarind in a cup of hot water until mix with hand and strain the mixture , add (or to taste) 2 tspns of low calory sweetener . Keep aside. Take the chopped potatoes in a bowl and toss it with chaat masala and salt. Keep aside. Put the puffed rice in a large bowl and add mint leaves paste, Add chopped onions, tomato, tamarind water mixture with sweetener, sev, green chilies potatoes squeeze juice of 1 lemon and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Your bhelpuri is ready to be served. ( optional- may add, groundnuts, , ginger as well in small quantities ) |
